Maxmotive is proud to present this 1967 Pontiac Firebird, which has been completely redone with a new, rust-free body and finished in Crimson Maple Red. Under the hood is a 400 CI Pontiac V8 built on a 1977 Trans Am 400 ‘XX’ block bored .030 over. The engine features 6×4 heads, an Edelbrock Performer Plus camshaft, Dougs ceramic coated headers, and a Pro Torque starter.
Power is sent through a newly rebuilt Summit TH400 3-speed automatic transmission to a GM 10-bolt rear end with a 2.56 Posi ratio. The suspension setup consists of Aldan front coil overs, EW multi-leaf rear springs, and Summit drag shocks, while braking is handled by a 4-wheel disc brake system behind 18-inch Boyd Coddington wheels.
The cabin features an all-new Black Deluxe interior with retro high-back front seats, all-new glass, Dakota Digital gauges, and a Vintage Air AC system. The odometer reads just 281 miles since the completion of the build.
